How long does the process take?

Typically 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the project scope and your response time.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We typically split payments into two parts 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. Alternative plans can be discussed if needed.

Why do you only provide one concept?

Because we do the strategy and mood-boarding work upfront, we're already aligned on direction before design begins, so one focused concept means less time choosing and more time refining.

Can I request changes to the logo or concept?

Yes, you'll have two rounds of revisions to fine-tune the concept, and if you'd like a second concept explored, that's possible for an additional fee.

What if I only need one part of a service (like just a logo)?

We don't offer standalone logos. A logo on its own won't get you the results you're looking for, which is why our Core Brand Identity package is the entry point: a complete identity with just enough strategic foundation to launch.

Do you design websites?

Yes, website design can be added as an additional service to one of our packages. We don't offer it as a standalone project because a website only works when it's built on a solid brand foundation.
