How long does the process take?

Typically 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the project scope and your response time.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment are typically split into two parts - 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. We can discuss alternative plans if needed.

Why do you only provide one concept?

Because the strategy and mood-boarding work is done upfront, we are already aligned on direction before design begins, so one focused concept means less time choosing and more time refining.

Can I request changes to the logo or concept?

Yes, you'll have two rounds of revisions to fine-tune the concept, and if you'd like a second concept explored, that's possible for an additional fee.

What if I only need one part of a service (like just a logo)?

I don't sell logos on their own. A logo is one piece of a system, and on its own it can't do the job you're hiring it for. The Starter is the entry point: a complete identity, with enough strategy behind it to hold up.

Do you design websites?

Yes, website design can be added to any package. If you already have a brand identity, I'll work with what you have. If you don't, we'd start there first, because there's nothing to design the site around yet.

work

Getting Started

We meet digitally to talk about your goals and what the business does, who buys from it, and what isn't working. If it's a good fit, I'll send a proposal with the scope and deliverables.

The Groundwork

I go deep into your industry and your competitors, so I know what everyone else looks like before I draw a single thing. My mission is to find the one element that emotionally connects your product to the people buying it. You approve the direction before anything gets designed.

The Creation

This is the stage that takes the time, and it's the one I enjoy most. Logo, colour, type, illustration. All of it is drawn by hand, all of it is built to work together. You will receive a brand presentation showing how the strategy and design come together, and nothing goes to handover until you sign it off.

Handover

Once you've signed off, the files come through in every format you'll actually need. Print, digital, vector, raster, plus the guidelines that say how it all fits together. It's yours from here, and you shouldn't have to come back to me for a file you should already have.

Afterwards

Handover isn't the end. Every project comes with check-ins, because files sitting in a folder aren't a brand yet. If you're not sure how to use something, just ask. I'd rather answer than watch it go unused.
