THE CHALLANGE

THE CHALLENGE

Brand Strategy | Visual Identity | Packaging | Illustrations

ERND approached Outlier with two logo concepts created by an external supplier and struggled to apply them consistently.

Our goal was to clarify the brand’s strategy and build a scalable system that could support long-term growth. We identified the strongest logo direction, refined and customised it into a fully responsive suite. We developed the complete brand ecosystem,  including guidelines, assets, illustrations, packaging, and the website look and feel.

The result is a cohesive, high-impact brand designed for Gen Z athletes and built to scale across products, platforms, and markets.

Highly recommend Outlier for branding services. We worked with Outlier Digital to complete a brand guideline and packaging for our sports jewelry brand.

Everything came out perfect.

Visual Identity | Social Media

“Where Two Chairs Meet” was created for a small farm producer in Sicily making olive oil and wine. The brief was to develop a brand and packaging that felt connected to Sicilian culture and heritage, rather than simply looking like another traditional Italian product.

The concept came from a photograph of two chairs overlooking the Sicilian landscape. It captured something simple: two friends sitting together, sharing the view and taking their time. That moment became the brand's story.

My role covered the creative direction and visual identity, including the logo system, typography, colour palette, illustration and packaging design. I used the two chairs as a recurring visual thread, connecting the products back to the place and story they came from.

The result is an identity that feels personal and distinctly Sicilian, built around friendship, place and the simple ritual of sharing something good.
